Day 4: organizing the little things

Organizing in Small ways
I love to organize! It keeps me awake at night, really! I like everything in its place. My closet is color coded for goodness sake! But sometimes organizing can be daunting. It doesn't have to be this way. If you start small the bigger projects will be fun. Promise! Here is my small project for the day. Enjoy! And think of how big of a nerd I am, I am cool with that!

This is my drawer of tee shirts!!

And my husband's! Yes he lets  me keep them like this!!
See you tomorrow!

Day 3: Tour of my fall decor, in pictures

Fall Tour
I promised a tour of my fall décor so here goes.... Sorry for the weird lighting. This time of day is hard to get a good spot.
First stop, my kitchen sink. Nothing fancy just some chalkboard fun.
berries and Chalk

Next, I have a large wooden bread bowl on my island that I filled with pumpkins (that God given décor, I tend to use a lot of).

I had a little fun with the white one. Cant keep my hands off a blank surface. On to the family room..
These cute fabric pumpkins from 4thegirlies I mentioned yesterday. I love them! I don't do country décor but these are fab!!
They look so cute!
My Favorite seat in the house! I love my stump table(made by the hubs;)
My teal goodwill lamp redo!
Sweet little vignette. Antlers for fall make perfect sense. This is beautiful at night when the candle is lit.

This is the dining room. I like to mix in a little wood since with a tree service we have endless supply! And pumpkins!

And That's all folks!! Come back tomorrow for some organizing!!

Day2: Easy Peasy Fall Decor

Fall decorating is fun and easy! A pumpkin here and there. Throw some orange leaves around and we're done, right? Why not spice it up a bit. It really can be fun and easy if you use what God has put all around us this time of year. Pumpkins are really great to decorate with. You can find lots of colors, shapes, and sizes right now. Or... you can make fabric pumpkins that will last all this season, next season. and forever. Check out these cuties!! Come back tomorrow for more fall décor and a tour of my fall decorations.

31 Days of Decorating and Organizing your Home and Family!

31 days of writing about ways to decorate and organize your home and family. Yes I did mean "decorate" your family as well! Your girlies to be specific. I am a creator of all things girly! Hair bows, head wraps, and clothing. Baby clothing mostly! I have 2girls that I love to create for. I have just started a venture to create beautiful thing for other people's "girlies" too! It's exciting! But, back to topic! I also am an organizing nut! If it sits still it gets organized, kids and husband included! That being said I have never written about either, so this is new and exciting for me to try. I look forward to forging ahead together.
Venturing out,
Tina
